Brownie Mix Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1kg / 2lb 3oz – U-Weigh Brownie
  • Mix 250ml / 8fl oz – Water
  • 100 – 150g – Choc Chips, Nuts etc. (optional)

Method

  1. Pour the brownie mix into a bowl and with either a whisk attachment or spatular, add water and mix until fully combined.
  2. Add nuts, fruit or chocolate chips and mix until they’ve been evenly distributed throughout the mix
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased tin lined with baking parchment. We recommend an 18cm x 30cm tin for 1kg of mix.
  4. Bake at 180ºc, 350ºF, Gas 4 for approximately 25 – 30 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool and cut into square fingers. Baked Brownies should be crusty on the top with chewy, sticky middle.
