1kg / 2lb 3oz – UWeigh Chocolate Brownie Mix

250ml / 8fl oz – Water

150g – UWeigh Chocolate Chips

Method

  1. Add the brownie mix into a bowl and add the water. Then mix together until combined with either a beater attachment or by hand.
  2. Add nuts, fruit or chocolate chips and mix until they’ve been evenly distributed
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased lined tin with baking parchment. We recommend an 20cm x 20cm tin for 1kg of mixture.
  4. Bake at 180ºc, 350ºF, Gas 4 for approximately 25 – 30 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool and cut into squares. Baked Brownies should be crusty on the top with chewy and sticky middle.
