Madeira Cake Recipe


  • 500g / 1lb 2oz – U-Weigh Madeira Cake Mix
  • 215ml / 7fl oz – Water


For Cake:

  1. Pour the madeira cake mix into a bowl and add the water, then with either a whisk attachment or spatular, mix until combined
  2. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin or a 6″ round cake tin 
  3. Bake at 180ºC, 360ºF, Gas 4, for approximately 40 – 45 minutes.
