Preparation and use
Add banana cake mix to a bowl fitted with a better, add water and vegetable oil and mix for 1 minute at slow speed. Mash the bananas and blend them into the mixture. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on medium speed. Add walnuts (optional) and mix for a further minute. Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and bake at 180ºC, 360ºF, Gas 4, for approximately 40 – 50 Minutes.
