Before Cooking: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large saucepan with a lid over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels (Allow 50g per serving), cover the pan with the lid, shake to coat the kernels in the oil and wait for the popping to begin, shaking occasionally, cook until the popping stops. After cooking, remove from the heat, then leave to stand for 30 seconds. Now you can add your coating, salt, sugar, butter, your choice!
