Soak in boiling water or stock for 5 minutes or until re-hydrated. Then drain, apply to dishes such as bolognaise, casseroles or other favourite dishes. Treat soya mince as you would meat after re-hydration; refrigerate and use within a few days or freeze for future consumption.
