Soaked
Soak in water for 12 hours, (peas should be kept refrigerated whilst soaking). rinse thoroughly and drain. Cover with fresh water, boil fast for 5 minutes and then simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
Unsoaked
Rinse thoroughly and drain. Cover with fresh water, boil fast for 10 minutes and then simmer for 30 – 40 minutes or until tender.
